The centrepiece to the hamper is 48 of our finest oysters straight from the beach. From early this year we have put to one side the best of our award winning Achill Oysters for this hamper. The oysters are hand selected and packed in wooden boxes. Seaweed packing gives the box a real rustic feel. In short, the sea exudes from the box the minute you open it.

We also include an oyster shucking knife. Easy to use and safe, but most of all this ergonomic knife should be in the drawer of every true foodie’s kitchen.

We include a bottle of Tobasco sauce to add a little pep to your oysters. No oyster experience is complete without eating one from the half shell. If you are to be truly adventurous use the Tobasco and light up your palate.

Packing & Delivery

We pack all of this in an insulated box to ensure that the product gets to where it is going in a perfect state. Also delivering locally in person gives that authentic experience. In the case of national and international we work with partners to ensure that your promise is delivered by us on time and efficiently.
